Chef Pierre's culinary journey began 27 years ago in his uncle's small restaurant in Strasbourg, France. What started as youthful curiosity became a lifelong devotion to the art of cooking.

With more than two decades in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Chef Pierre brings an extraordinary depth of technique and creativity to every dish. His move to Hoi An was driven by a passion for Vietnam's vibrant ingredients and the desire to create something truly unique.

Each creation at La Table is a tribute to tradition and innovation — classical French technique reimagined through the lens of Vietnamese terroir.
